Hello Everyone, I am looking for real maps of railroads, roads and cities around 1939. What kind of scenario it will be for is already clear, anyone who knows where to find the infos, please let me know....

Here is a preview of the Map I am creating for it, it is with North Africa and East-US, as you can see I still got some work ahead, hope the whole scenario will be ready with Conquest features by the end of November, I will post the map earlier, as soon as it is ready

well the whole northern part is streched and compressed in some stanfe ways. Rest of the map looks fine:)

hmmm, not sure I understand you, it's a little bit contradictory.... but if you mean it looks like France and Germany got strechted to make then larger, yes, a little. I'll have to wait to have the cities on it to see if it 's good or if I'll have to start again...

I have a excellent map which I am using for the same project you are, and when I get done cleaning up after this feaking hurricane I will look it up for you.

As for the one you are making, there are several hundred miles between the Great Lakes and the Hudson Bay at their closest point. Iceland should be closer to England if you and farther away from Greenland. That is what Yoda power meant when he side your compressions are off, ie you compressed the North Western Regions and streatched the North Eastern. I figured you just wanted more room for maham in those areas.

ok, I get what you guys are saying, and I have to admit, I wasn't too realistic designing these Areas, since there are no major cities north of the Great lakes (Quebec and Montreal will be there), but I'll try to correct it a little bit. Iceland not beeing closer to England it part of the whole problem of where to put it to have bombers doing a landing to send them from the states to England.
Patroklos, you figured right, I am not planning of having major fighting in the North west, Germany never invaded the states after all....
