So... Could anyone do one of these? It's a late XIXth Century infantry unit. In my mod, it would be avaiable between the Napoleonic-era Granadier and Firaxis' Rifleman.

The civ3 rifleman is actually very good for 1860 to end of the century. So what you want would be more like first half of the century rather than end of it AND after Napoleon.
Actually there was not that much evolution and no real special-lloking unit for that period.
