I was playing a DYP game and I set the citizen to work a mountain. And well I starved my city and won! :confused:
The end result is exactly the same as the way to get 36000 points in less then 10 min. (The one with the mountains.)
I think this has been a bug since the beggining of Civ3 PTW. But Firaxis neglected it due to the fact in a normal game you cant starve a city to go to 0 population but in DYP you can.
