Is there a way to change map's size using any tool/editor wtvr... ie. I have maps generated by BMP2BIC, which are say 140x140.. but I really need them to be 140x100, with part chopped off... please?
or a way to copy a map to another of different size? whatever not to make everything manually??

I think you've nailed your chin to the table here, you're stuck. :(
I don't think there are any available programs that can help , and I don't know enough about the BMP2BIC to help you.

the bmptobic can only generate these sizes: 60-60 80-80 100-100 140-140 180-180 and 256-256. You could just leave the rest of the map ocean.

Well, thanks for considering me but I am cannot be of any help here. As Yoda said the tool is pretty convenient but only creates square maps of certain formats.

Now, I have asked Steph if he could take a look at the tool and maybe change these settings to open the possibilities which is really needed but he is too busy at the moments with his so many projects. Maybe if many people ask for it ....

Anyway 1/ I am not sure it will be possible 2/ I am pretty sure it won't be able to convert an existing map to a different size. 3/ maybe there is a work around already but I haven't found it (I tried though).

That maps are of inland terrain, so I can't really.

Steph, my only hope! :worship:
