Does anyone know if the new Civs from Conquest will be available to PTW in a patch or something?

Nope.

The point is you have to buy the game for the new civs.

There will be no future PTW patches. :undecide:

I understand that they will try to maximize profits but how many people are buying Conquest because of the new civs alone and not the enhanced gameplay? It seems to me that offering the new civs woud not hurt, unless they have an MP otion for Conquest, which I highly doubt.

:) Yep, that's correct. Actually, it might not have the civs from PTW; I think it does, though.

Civ3: Conquests has the content of PTW. In fact it patches your PTW to 1.27 if it was not already. Buy this expansion and you will not be as disappointed as the PTW. However on 25% of our multiplayer games, the host computer has had the program perform an illegal operation and effectively end the game. Inexcusable, but you have been warned.
