Did any of you ever disabled a spy action? I mean completly ie. I made "Expose Enemy Spy" action unavailable to both spies and diplomats. I have the impression that it made the AI not build embassies and conduct any diplomacy at all :confused: It's totally stupid.

I have to test it more to be 100% sure, but maybe anyone encountered it? Why they put these options in the editor at all :mad:
