To be honest, I don't know if this has been answered before or not:

I recently formatted my computer and ugraded windows to 2000. I reinstalled Civ 3, but now things don't work like they used to. Here's what happens...

1) My screen turns itself off
2) My screen turns itself on and plays the movie with the boats and the big ugly tower
3) My screen turns itself off again. The music still plays though.

What's going on?

Never mind, I downloaded the latest patch for Civ and now it works perfectly.
