Get the unit comparison tool from the Clan Berserk site that Xen showed you, its invaluable.

Don't forget to get the patch, either v1.1 for MTW or v2.01 for MTW:VI, both are available at the Org or at Totalwar.com (http://www.totalwar.com) in the downloads section.
