I'll try to help, though my German is terrible.

In den bahn \civilization III der ist schleiffeile beigefügten "README.TXT" (oder liesmich.txt eventuell). Wenn sie mit aktualisiert das brettspiel die ausführung werden wie aufgelistet.

Die zwei flicken ist dasselbe. Die hoffnung auf helfen.

In your root \civilization III directory there should be a file called README.TXT (liesmich.txt is readme.txt in german), at the top of that file it should tell you what version of the game you are running.

The two patches are the same. Hope this helps.
