in my epic game as the babylonians, I got three great leaders (not finished yet). They were all called "Hammurabi". Are they supposed to have different names such as Great leaders or is this a bug ?

Yes, there are a few different names for scientific great leaders for Babylon.

Since all Civs have several names for SGLs listed (often more than MGLs), I'm quite sure this isn't intented.

I had a game with Isaak Newton already sitting around, get the next one from Theory of Gravity, and another Newton for the next tech I researched. Of course, I decided to use one of them for his College ;) .

Ok, so this is confirmed as a bug... It's no big deal, anyway, but still... It was weird to have three Hammurabis dressed-up in Einstein sitting in my capitol :)
