Ok... some basic rules:

1) You can not give screenshots or give any information to another player unless you have contact with them.

2) You must declare all agreements openly ONCE to all civs you have contact with (so you can declare an agreement with some... then meet someone else...and never tell them about the agreement).

I still like the idea of secret treaties...for instance, if two civs agree to attack somebody in 15 turns, it would upset the game to blare that out to everybody, including the target civ.

True... Let's change it to this:

MPP's, ROP's, and other "peaceful" deals must be said out loud. (peaceful as in you are not agreeing to declare war on anyone.. or to attack any certain person... your agreeing to defend eachother if someone does attack you.)

Also, the turn order is not the order inwhich you signed up... I'll change it to whoever is in the chatroom (and I know there online) can play there turn and get some movement going.

I'm going to have trouble playing this game on a large map, as my computer does not have much RAM, and is pretty dang slow. I think I should drop out, there is no chance of me being able to play to the end(on a large map). I'll disband my units when it comes to my turn.

BTW.... I fixed the standard map problem... it was a slight bug (it couldn't create enough starting locations... meaning not enough land on the map for 8 players... so I made sure I set it to 60% water and not 70% or 80%) so were still playing on a standard map.

Note: As it is drawing near my exams - I doubt I will be able to play the save for much,

I am currently looking into getting a replacement for the job - especially since I will be gone from monday through thursday next week, for then to go home to Vestfold for Christmass. I do hope it is allright with you though, as I believe I stated this quite early in the game (as I do not wish to lay hinderance to the game's progress)

I ll post details of my replacement player as soon as I get one of course :)

Yeah, I went to play the saves before I checked this thread and PTW said it was corrupt so.

And we wouldn't need to call a break, just play it when you can, if you're too busy because of the holidays, hold it until you can play it. It will be the same, but it won't prolong the game more than neccisary.

I expect she did a good job (even though I wonder how much she was able to do...given the game's early turns taking place and all)

On a side note:
I suggest we start using an IM client - like MSN or something - that way we can play the game faster, and communicate effectively to avoid loosing the sav ;)
