Hi,
I was wondering waht do you do to make missles be able to load onto ships and be able to launch from them.
Also, what settings do you change for the ship to be able to take the missiles. Thanks. Cya!

Allow the ship to carry one unit (or two, if you want). Flag it as "transports only foot units" and "transports only tactical missiles". Flag the missile unit as a "foot unit" and "tactical missile". That should do it.

The Conquests x-pac has this as an official feature, incidentally...

Oh, yeah, and welcome to CFC! :D

what i'd love to do is add torpedoes to ships that cant bombard land, and can use stealth attack.

I've heard this too, but haven't found any such new ability in the editor. Have I missed something?

Do it like GEChallenger described above, and if you want the AI to use them too you must check the AI strategy Naval Missile Transport for the ship in the editor.

I'll have to go back and retry that, but I think the last time I tried to mod that to work, it basically failed miserably in C3C. Seems to work fine in PTW.

(Or, more to the point, I couldn't use the transport to load the missiles and use it as an underway replenishment ship. I could get it to load on a warship but not a transport, but not both.)

Just tested it in C3C and it doesn't work. Drat.
