1. Leaderheads
2. Unit graphics

and where can I get them from?

You can use any program that can make ".flc"s to make them. The units I'm not so sure about, but you can probably use Photoshop for the leaderheads.

As for making .flc files for leaderheads, Animation Shop works, but for units, you need FLICster to make the special .flc file needed for the game. It makes a storyboard (.pcx) that can be opened most likely with Photoshop, but also w/Paint Shop Pro
Both Paint Shop Pro and Animation Shop are available at the Jasc Software website, trial versinos ofcorse.
