So in the editor it says your tech can start from X/Y 0/0 all the way up to X/Y 5000/5000 does that entire range fall within the counds of the normal screen or if I put something at 0/0 would it be sitting on top of the Next Era button?

Also is there a way to control how big the tech icon itself is?
