Hi! I'm pretty new to this whole Civ III thing, but I've got this Play The World expansion and would really like to give it a go! Is anyone interested in playing a PBeM game with me? I think that we've got three people interested so far, including me. How big of a game should we have? I'm happy with any number really, but I imagine if the game's too big it goes slower.

I'm sure your right.. But not to sure on the size as I really havent played one long enough to determine the affect of the map size..

I think I´m the third interested person, I contacted Lemondrop by email... I would prefer a large map, it doesn´t take that much longer and it´s more fun with a bigger world. How about playing the scenario BTV 4.1 from PtW? It is good, many improvements...

I´m the missing player, I didn´t have the right version (1.27) of the game and its a problem for me to get it so I assumed you all had begun the game without me. Sorry!

I really want to do this Pbem but I can´t install it. Maybe some help would do it? The problem is I don´t have internet at home, only at work. The update file is too big to save to a floppy disc and I can´t break it down in smaller parts... What to do?
Hope someone has an answer to this!

Yes; the patch 1.27. I live in Sweden but I don't know where my game is from, I borrowed it.

I tried to zip the patch in smaller parts but one of the files didn't like that
