C3C US version 1.02: I encountered a flaw in the Fall of Rome Scenario in regards to roads and commerce.

If you look at Singara, the production square 2 to the NW is not providing an extra commerce for the road.The other roaded plains square also does not produce the commerce.

This is a Monarch level game as the Sassinids, and I did start the game as 1.00.

Shouldn't a roaded tile produce only one commerce (assuming the Imperialism gov does not have the commerce bonus), as your are?

All of the other roaded tiles that each receive 2 gold per tile in the screenshot are enjoying the +1 gold from being river adjacent.

Well yeah, if I'm going to let facts get in the way of a well formatted bug report.

I'll ask the mod to NAB this.
