Well, I uninstalled civIII and PTW hoping to then reinstall and be able to play GOTM. But, that didn't work.

Now when I try to install CivIII again, I get this.

Anyone know what's wrong?

The *usual* problem in these cases is a dirty CD (or possibly a dirty CD-reader ;) ) . Try cleaning your CD and trying the install again.
