Best is to split them in smaller files.
One for each era.
And one for the pcx files.

Or do you mean 12MG per file?
Then they are really to big.
Firaxis made their leaderheads 1.2 to 1.5 MG (a steady background with a moving head flc)
Fans made are mostly 2 to 3.5 MG (for a full animated flc)

Yes, it's 12MG together, but I wanted one download. Where is that thread TF had in his sig for files above 12MG?

Just split it in zips that are smaller than 3 meg each, and upload them all. 4 or 5 should be enough. It's really easy, you know.

Ancient Angry's hat is wonky, it should go with his head, nice backgrounds btw! :)

Lookin' good, but I agree with mtrn, I don't think you need to bug Thunderfall about ftp access for a 12 meg download. Just split him in multiple zips, it's not that much hassle to extract four zips instead of one.

Once again, I prefer a single download for future problems. 3-4 separate downloads is a hassle, one goes corrupt. Messes the thing up. Maybe somebody can host it on there site? :confused:

Then they can have it for download there as well.

Ask Thunderfall for a temporary ftp account then.

A neutral TQ.pcx for the Leaderheadfile and a NubiaLarge and NubiaSmall for the Civilopedia/Icons/Races file.

But in total it's is great to have another african leaderhead.

However, you can't see most of the pcx files in the game, because the colours are set to 16 million. Reducing the colours to 256 in, for example, Paintshop Pro, will solve the problem. The pcx's are nicely done otherwise, although isn't the large heart in the CULT pcx file meant to be on the left-hand side to match with the CULTB pcx file in the game? IIRC, in a cultural victory, the victor's face (ie CULTB file) shows in the large heart on the left-hand side of the CULT pcx picture.

I've also reduced the frame display rate down to 1 per frame, as it was 3 per frame in your file. I can't see a great deal of difference actually, but I think it's a bit smoother, but could be wrong....

BTW, Can I make a request, can somebody make a scenaro (.bix rather) with a Nubia civilization added, maybe include a UU for Nubia and all the city names and Great leaders with fixed and appropriate stats? :)

Don't worry Unexisted, my new mod, ConquestsEnhanced, will feature Nubia(And this leaderhead) and Polynesia(And maybe a Latin American country as well) as new civs. I'm adding in an African Culture group which Nubia and the Zulu will belong to. Does anyone know of any other great high quality African leaderheads I could use for another African civ(besides Ethiopia)
