why is the site slow?

slow as in how? elaborate please

I have sent my application of interest to DZ and I have yet to hear from Fionn.

CG: I told you in the past thread that i have no problem with you helping by making the page that the new constitution will reside. But you cant get upset if i make changes to it, if they are needed.

it is slow becuase it takes a while to load up the home page, like the images and words and all that stuff, I am on a 56k modem. :)

so am i amirsan, it will take some time to load at first but once the site is in your system cache you wont have any problems

The news channel bit on the front page is not accurate.
I d recommend that someone updates it at least 1nce a week

Im looking forward to someone making the ruleset into a webpage so that we can add it to the website. Im also looking for maps, i cannot do everything with this site. also anyone interested in writing up election results for the website for posting as well, id appreciate that. I can handle the news updates but i need help from the dg players to ensure that the site goes off as smooth as possible.
