How are polls to be decided at the UN?

1. Simple Majority = > largest number of votes. (With 5 teams, 4 options, an option with 2 votes could win)
2. Absolute Majority = > 50% of the votes.
3. 2/3 Majority = > 66% of the votes
4. Other = > Need Specification.

So, please vote and discuss.

EDIT: Majority Recast - Anytime the minimum required vote is not reached, the poll will be narrowed down to the top options selected. This will not always be for a tie, but anytime the required majority has not been reached. The options that will be used will be a number determined by the admins but always the highest ones selected. This option is in opposition to the Majority Compromise option posted above. Pick one.

IMHO a ASimple Majority sounds good, but I'll wait for other opinions as well...

I voted for absolute majority, as I feel that anything done at the UN should be backed by at least half the participants.
