Shall we ratify Article K of our Constitution as follows?

Article K: All irreversible game actions must progress during a public turnchat, while reversible game actions(ie build queues) that adhere to legal instruction can be prepared offline.

From what I read of the Article K discussion, I assume that the details of "reversable/irreversable" and "Legal Instructions" will be spelled out in the CoL.

Voted no. This is a step in the right direction but we should allow for off-line trades and treaty making as well.

I also support this for the same reasons as boots. We should only have brief-preturn actions such as trades. ONLY if it takes place in the chat room.

i voted yes just to get these articles out of the way however as ravensfire said we need to have more feedback during discussion not during polling times.
