Ashurbanipal animated leaderhead

Download (1.3MB) (http://www.civfanatics.net/uploads6/Ashurbanipal.zip)

Ashurbanipal, the last great king of Assyria, but as Assyrian kings look all alike, you are free to rename him. :) He was requested by Louis XXIV, but I've been interested in making an Assyrian leaderhead for a while. He is both animated and era specific. Package includes all files, like the victory screens, foreign advisor screen bubblehead and civilopedia pictures.

Alright. Seems finished for me. Ideas for changes will probably come later on, but for now, he is ready. He is my first leaderhead that blinks his eyes, which turned out better than I expected BTW. Also, he is my first leaderhead that shows his teeth. All in all he was a fun project, but I think I'll take a small break now. Enjoy and comment freely. I enjoy feedback. A lot. :)

Looks nice! I love Assyria and am glad to have this for my personal modding pleasure. Goes great with Horse Archers.

Once again, terrific!! Thank-you :goodjob:
I particularly like the ancient era leaderhead. Really good, and, like your other leaderheads, a very quick download, which is appreciated by we 56k modem users!

Funnily enough, ~90% of the Assyrian kings are even harder. Ninurta-tukulti-Ashur, Ashur-bel-nisheshu, Ashur-resh-ishi, Sin-sahr-ishkun...

Thanks for the kind feedback. :)

Great job! The ancient picture looks like it took quite some time.

Probably really, really bad. :D I don't understand a thing about working with 3d objects.

Would you mind if I use him as my avatar?

this leaderhead looks like I modified version of the Lenin head, that was posted last week.
I never noticed how lenin's face makes a perfect Assyrian King leaderhead, great job

Lenin was the base. I narrowed his head quite a bit, gave him new eyes, longer eyebrows and less wrinkles but the mouth area and forehead are still very much him.

And here I was thinking I had achieved the Firaxis style reasonably well for a non-3d leaderhead.

It's 90% by me. It uses Joan's armor as a base, but quite frankly, there's not much left of it.
