Is it possible for someone to make a new leaderhead for the Byzantines? Perhaps Herclius (excuse me if I got the spelling wrong) or Basil II . Surely anyone of the above is more fit to be the Byzantine leader then Thedora.

or Justinian. A new leaderhead for the Byzantines is needed.. however Theodora is the prettiest of the girls.. so.. I'd probably still keep her.

While I agree with you that Theodora is pretty, I judge leaders in this game on what they did for thier countries, not prettiness.
