My vote goes to CG, he's online a majority of the time and he knows most of the commands.

Vote for CivGeneral.

I have excelent IRC skills and I am knowlagable about the IRC network itself. I am mature and impartial. I have been an op in other IRC channels including #irc-chat and #help, both of witch are offical channels.

I encurage all citizens to vote for CivGeneral

Vote for Bacon- I am mature and impartial when in a position of authority (and I doubt I'll be active enough in the DG to form a partiality anyway), I am online often, and I know how to use op commands in IRC.

Octavian - of all the options, he's by far the most knowledgable, skilled and fair of the candidates. I do not trust some of them to abuse their power should they not like the way some discussions go.

I urge all citizens to carefully consider not just the skill of the candidate, but the attitude the candidate has towards others.

Vote for me. I'm online 24/7 and active for 14 of those hours. I'm 19 years old, impartial and mature. I have good knowledge of IRC and Op commands.

Give the guy whos on IRC all the time a chance! :)

Vote for CivGeneral. While he does display youthful exuberance in IRC, he seldom flaunts the rules or OP powers when he has them. I think this opportunity will mellow him somewhat and I sure he will keep a handle on his emotions.

Vote Bootstoots for the position of chat op. I am in the chatroom for hours on almost every day, and there are few turnchats that I would not attend. I do know the chatroom operator commands and have known them for months, and I would never abuse my power should discussion not go my way. I also was recently added to the network staff, and I may be able to help in that regard.

I vote for Ek, though Octavian and CG are great choices as well.

I guess it's evident who the two chat ops will be. Looks like the 1 person = 1 vote concept worked again.

I voted for Ek too. Although, I wonder if he ever got rid of those gremlins in the server room... ;)

Out of curiosity, are we going to have chat op elections every term? If so, a new nomination thread should be posted.

Well, I am not sure if the Mods are the only ones that can do this or if they want, pass it to the Election office to do. But its eather Eyrei's or DZ's call.

This is eyrei's baby, so I'll let him have the final say. But I believe that his intent was to elect chat ops for the game and then only have elections for a vacancy(resignation, etc).

Yes, we are supposed to have a new election each term. I'll post the nomination thread now, and the election will be in two days.
