It's not empty, it has some non-Civ-related files.

I didn't get any civ related files, just what appeared to be a game in .bat format. How odd, :confused:.

And surprisingly, no-one has asked where the hell would Zulu be yet. :)

I interesting that inwardly JAR-file. Which in archive, but it defective.
My WinRAR shows that this JAR-file must occupy 3.5 MB
