Me and my brother play civ3 COnquests a lot.

We made our own civs but we want our pictures as king pictures too.

We have made our pictures but we need to convert them so we can use them in game. The files are now bmp.

DOes anyone know a programme for converting the files?

You'd be better off looking for an answer over in C&C.

Animation shop that comes with Paint shop pro.

Gael has written a tutorial on leaderheads. http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=41557

It concerns in large part 3d leaderheads, but it covers the animation shop also.

Basically, you need to make a one frame animation out of your picture. Size 200x240 and .flc format.

You'll also need to go into the advisors folder and make an *_all.pcx so it shows up in the F4 diplomacy screen!
