Send our first band of settlers to the location indicated by this poll (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=75199). Currently the blue dot appears to have an insurmountable lead.

The new city's production should be set to a warrior and laborers managed to maximize food until the 1st growth. Beyond that if the 1st citizen creates enough extra food to work a low-food tile and still grow, then 2nd citizen on a shield tile, otherwise just maximize growth. In the unlikely event the warrior completes before 10 turns, next up is a worker.

The governor of whatever province this city lands in will take over production next turnchat.

Ministry of Trade and Technology

In an effort to make it look like this ministry is responsible for something, please add Writing to the tech queue.

We also request, in the unlikely event we meet a neighboring civ, that play be halted so that we may have a proper opertunity to discuss all possible trading options. Of course, if they have nothing that we are interested, I would not object to allowing the playing to continue. I trust the President's judgement in this matter.

Military Department

Please have the warriors follow the path listed on this map

http://www.civfanatics.net/uploads6/CGExplorationpart2.JPG

Red indicates that its a possible movement. Yellow indicates alternative movements if we encounter ocean but ask the military representitive on the movement direction IF we encounter the ocean.

Important note: Any changes of movement or warrior usage should have prior authorization by me.

TC summary

It was a short TC, only 3 turns.
Our warriors up north and in the east were scouting according to the Military Leader's plans (who are editted BTW).

In turn 1 the settler finished. The Capitol-warrior and the settler moved jointly to "blue spot"; the victor of the poll.

The Military leader had a different opinion than the DP. The ML wanted to get the Capitol-warrior to explore SE, the DP wanted to use the next warrior for that.

In turn 3 our eastern scouting warrior met the Russians.
FA instructions: "Make Friends!" , were identical to the President's Personal advisor:

So we started talking.

Catherine was BW, WC and CB up on us and down Masonry and Alphabet. According to the T&T instructions: "We also request, in the unlikely event we meet a neighboring civ, that play be halted so that we may have a proper opertunity to discuss all possible trading options. Of course, if they have nothing that we are interested, I would not object to allowing the playing to continue. I trust the President's judgement in this matter." the chat should be stopped, unless BW, WC and CB were considered "nothing that we are interested in". A small citizen-check indicated that we were interested, thus the TC was stopped.

And oh yeah, The Military leader is going to file a PI or a citizen's complaint on the President. Looking forward to that.
