I voted for the Blue dot. It will make for another good producer.

It will allow us to utilize the Plains tile underneath the Pink dot, plus use the Mountains, but with less interference with the Capital.

I also voted for the Blue Dot.

Beside Cyc's great points, the relationship between Flood Plains and Mountains is quite productive. One has what the other doesn't(Food or Shields), so we can adjust this city to suit either need in the beginning.

I voted pink. It's closer to our original city, and has more plains and less desert.

The blue spot will make an incredibly productive city in the later ages.

Sadly there is little that jumps out here to get excited about. We have some bad luck with early terrain choices. To me though, the blue option is best. We can pump out a bunch of settlers and workers through that city.

Out of the alternatives, I support the blue dot. With reasons stated in the first poll, and with quick referance to Cyc's statement here.

The blue dot looks the best to me.

For the record, the blue location was used in the TC.
