Save file I can't open (http://www.civfanatics.net/uploads6/SewerStarFish_Text_error.SAV)

I usually save the last turn of every game I complete. When looking through these saves for another file I was unable to open this one. I have no other saves from this game, it was NOT started under 1.15 but it is a C3C game

I have opened other such saves without a problem.

As the missing file is for "Kamikaze" it seems to me that this save was from the WWII-conquest.
Did you try to open it as normal game?
