I start to play with Civilization III but i've problem with control. Like change the taxes, etc. Maybe i'm blind but i don't find it anywhere.

Go to your advisors, then click on your domestic advisor. The controls will be in the upper part of the display.

i still don't understand.
I've found the domestic advisor screen, and i found out how to adjust luxuries and how to adjust the inventions.
But where do i get taxmen to collect taxes? i've tries almost everything (i think) but no taxes are coming in, only gold from what's fount on my terrotory.
Please help me....

Look, when your increase and decrease your luxuries & science that change your income. So if you make a lower luxuries you gain more money from your citizen. Look into your city screen you'll know how much money you gain per city.

Your taxes will be your percentage of luxury plus your percentage of science subtracted from 100.
100 - (% of luxury + % of science) = taxes
example:
if you have 0% luxury and 50% science then you'd have:
100 - (0 + 50) = 50% taxes
