It has come to my attention that if you have pyrimads or sun tzu's art of war that if you delete the barracks or granary you get the money and the improvement will come back.

You can sell a pre-existing granary or barracks once the relevant wonder is built.

Are you saying that you can repeatedly sell a barracks or granary that that is created due to the relevant wonder being built?

The ability to sell the pre-existing granary or barracks is a feature, not a bug. If you can sell the same granary every round and have it automatically re-appear to be sold the next round, that naturally is a bug. But I haven't been able to reproduce that.
