Hi All,

I've been playing CIV III for a little while now.
I have one thing that doesn't seem to be right. I have more than 8 cities but I don't seem to have the option to build the forbiddon Palace. I'm playing on a huge map at Prince/Reggent level???

IIRC, Forbidden Palace depends on the number of cities you have, which is different for each size map. I think there may be something to do with having a courthouse in those cities as well. I could be wrong.
