Does C3C allow you to set diplomacy in scenarios?
That was one of the big frustrations making Civ3 scenarios with the original and PTW -- you could make nice scenarios, but you couldn't set alliances or attitudes of other players! It ruined the play of many scenarios when you could play a WW2 out as England or France trading techs with Germany without going to war at all. You could set alliances and diplomacy in Civ2, but not Civ3.
I haven't bought C3C yet, but am considering it, if this bug is fixed. If it is, that's great, I'll get it.
