Simple question.

I'm wondering if updating my profile matters. ;)

I only read them when it is a toss-up whether I should ban someone or not. ;)

Sometimes as it can show when people last posted...

If I'm curious about somebody's mean daily post count, then yeah. How do people manage to get in the >17 posts/day range? Continuously spamming outdated threads?

I've been posting like crazy, and I'm only at about 1.25 per day.

Jeez.

Also, it's interesting to see people's ages and locations and such. When I first joined, I never figured there would be so many non-US members. Eh well, makes for good OT discussions.

I like to see how old they are if they are acting imature.

Every once and awhile, mainly to see when the last time they posted was.

Some. I'm sure I've looked at most of the 'regulars' here in the past year and a half I've been active here.

Occasionally, yes. Usually those of new people and to see when someone last posted.

Whoa, 17.52 posts per day! That's higher than last time I checked your profile. Which was... probably a year or so ago. Back when you spent a week trying to get to 1000. ;)

I check profiles every once in a while, checking either last post time or birthdays.

Only to see how old they are. Sometimes.

i check new posters, and otherwise mainly for age/posting rate. yours really is disgusting, cg :)

I check sometimes, mainly age, last post, post ratio

The only time that I have checked is when someone has PM'ed me.

Sometimes to check last post of some of the vets. Its odd to see they have popped in for one or two post recently.

Never.

Don't want to change my opinions about people by reading their profile.

I doubt anyone does, I changed my "fat" profile to a "plunger" profile about aweek ago and noone even noticed.

I've been known to stalk Plexus a few times a year ago by way of his profile ;)

I occasionally check someone's profile when I want to see his age or last posting date (especially when I notice they haven't posted in a while), and sometimes I do it out of sheer boredom.

Unless the disgusting was referring to my post per day, which I think is normal. I'm never on that much every day, I just post alot when I'm on. I'm not the kind of person who thinks about each post...;)
