So, this is the run-up poll for Military affairs position.

I don't really know who to vote for....:undecide: Hygro is active in the current MSDG and knows how it works, but Matrix is very experienced in PBEM's...

I voted for Matrix sicne experiance in PBEM milatary affairs if going to be important since we are aginst CDZ.

I'm torn for the same reasons as Wizard. If y'all would post proper arguements, then that may sway me ;) (momentarily abstaining)

I abstain, well. Ill give my vote to Matrix and hopes that he would make me Military Deputy :).

I know the numbers, I know the theories, I know what we are up against (chiefly CDZ), and I know we need well thought out decisiveness. I can make decisions, and I'm a strong thinker. I'm not afraid to do what we must, or even what could give us a bit of an edge. But I'm not going to be reckless, and I always listen to the advice from others, because I know that everyone sees everything a little differently, and these various angles can be prismed into one powerful beam of energy, and I intend to be that prism.

Why do people abstain? Wouldn't it be better just not to vote so in case you change your mind you can?

I voted abstain cause I realy have no idea which one of you to vote for. Both of you are vey talented and has lots of experience, and will probably to a great job!

Currently as Fightin Man I've really got no job. I guess I could try to direct exploration but as a citizenry we are doing a great job together, thus a deputy would be the most useless job.

Let's see what things are like when we meet other civs.

What Hygro was trying to tell you, CivGeneral, is that appointing anyone as deputy would be purely decorative and basicly pointless.
