The current queue for Deux Rivieres is: Spearman[4]->Settler(6)->Temple(12)

Should we begin building a temple in Deux Rivieres in 10 turns?

Yes - the time is right
No - we need more settlers or something else first

Until the citizenry says otherwise, the temple will remain in queue.

no,
We should let DR build settlers (perhaps only settlers).
We should let Vandelay build workers (perhaps after a granary).
We should let Vo Mimbre build military.
Our next core city (near the Dyes, I presume) can build military as well.
The Iron-fish city I have no plans for.

The Gov. has made a wise decision and I support him in his choices.

No, we should build up a few more cities first.

i see no point in a temple, with a temple culture isn't an issue, and if we keep building settelers, we should be able to keep hapiness under control
