On the Civ2 track:

"The citizens of (Civilization X) are revolting." -After the selection of the revolution option.

"Consequences, schmonsequences!" -Firm refusal of demands.

I know tons, but most don't work out of context. I love how Mario and Luigi speak in Italian babble speak in M&L: Superstar Saga (you have to hear it to realize how funny it is). I also like when Link "meows" in Wind Waker.

But the most annoying quote hands down is from Mario Kart: Double Dash!!

"Hi I'm Daisy!"

There are so many in Warcraft II, when you frequently click/select the same unit consequently.

As you might guess, I appreciate about anything Navi says. "Hey!" "Look!" "Listen!" followed by generally obvious, useless advice.
Also in Ocarina of Time, try naming yourself Zelda at the start of the game, then go talk to the Princess:
"Zelda? That name sounds somehow familiar."

Warcraft III has a lot of those funny lines, I remember one specifically for its trashininess, lol! It goes like: "Time to use my mating call....Im wasted, I’m TOTALLY wasted".

Fallout 2 has so many memorable quotes, its in my opinion, the best rpg(sci-fi) EVER. Here is some of my favs:

Warcraft 3 has a bunch of funny ones, if you go into the map editor and open the sound panel. My favorites:
Archer: "Fear my l33t skillz!"

Acolyte: "All I see is darkness! … Oh wait, my hood's down"

Dreadlord: "[cell phone ringing] Hello? Bah! For the last time, I'm a dreadlord, not a druglord!"

Muradin: "I'm on to you, Trebek!"
"I'll take the rapist, for 500."
(These are done trying to sound like Shawn Connery, in a reference to the SNL celebrity Jeopardy sketch.)
