Could someone please tell me how to get rid of the unwanted menus since they're blocking the Mayor's Menu(the one in yellow). Thanx!

Woah that's weird, perhaps it's a RAM issue, how much RAM you got?

Click out of Mayor menu and then get back in. After that, open the menu you were wanting to look at again. Hope that helps.

but when i load the game, all three menu's are up. i can play the game fine, except i can't see the Mayor Menu except for a tiny part. and i have 256 MegaBytes of RAM.

Running SC4 on 256 is just about impossible, I'd beef my machine up to at least 512

it runs fine. anyway, what would the lack of RAM have anything to do with me being unable to exit some of the menus?

You haven't built a decent sized city yet, have you?
