You are in the wrong forum but to answer to your question you have two ways to add leaderheads. The first is to replace firaxis leader, for this you must go in the "Civilization III/ art " place and you must rename the leader you want to add with the name of the firaxis leader ( example : the leader you download is HF_a01.flc and you rename it AB_a01.flc, you put it in the "Flics" file and the result is that you replace the Abraham file 1 )
The second way is that you go to the editor and create a new civilization...

Now that it's in the right forum (I think), how do I get custom leaderheads to work in a scenario and how does the code need to be edited for this to work? I have tried editing to get the leaderheads to work (especially flags), but it won't recognise them (or the originals if I try and restore them).

I know that someone has done a complete walkthrough to adding custom units, which was very useful, but i can't seem to find one about Leaderheads :cry: If only search still worked......
