This game is a combination of both Survivor and Mafia. There will be about fifteen people, half of which will be Mafia members. They will then vote individually for that person. However, the Mafia members will also vote for who they want kicked out of the Mafia. The new exile will then become a part of the village and help them stop the crime organization from eliminating the small town.

The game ends when either all the villagers are dead or all the Mafia members are executed.

EDIT: Mafia members do NOT know who the other members are. They will vote for who they think is a mafia, and if a majority is right, the mafia member will be demoted to townsperson status.

But wouldn't the mafia members who got kicked out know who the mafia is and identify everybody before they get killed.

Anyways, the mafia can't win. If they play perfectly and the town only kills town members they'd kill one a day while the mafia loses one a day, so the town stays the same size and the mafia loses one member at a time

They're like Sheriffs in this game. Forgot to add that everyone also has the function of a townsperson.

Well, then wouldn't the mafia want to vote for people they think are townspeople, so they wouldn't lose members? and how would they know that the person they are voting to kill is not a mafia member?

if none of the mafia know who the rest is, then how are they to prevent themselves from killing mafia during the night?
if the mafia kill a towns person during the day (by town vote) and a towns person during the night (by assasination)
and get rid of one of their own into the populace, they are up one on the town, but that is VERY tough to accoplish without the mafia cooperating with itself.

may i suggest adding a "don" or god father to the game. a mafia member that knows who all the mafia are. atleast then there can be SOME coordination in the mafia.
though to realy wokr, the rest of hte mafia have to know who the don is, and then he cant be PART of the town (as an exiled mafia guy will kill him off, or try).

I'll play, I just don't know how to play ... which is a problem.
