I opened this topic for people to post questions about Europa Universalis II and to receive answers.

I'll start out

Does anyone know if it is possible to play Bosnia in Europa Universalis II?

Yes, I dont know whether you have to release them (from another nation) or whether you can just right click on a flag in the main menu for the grand campaign and pick them from the list.

Idi na grand campaign, desni-klik na bilo koju zastavu, i izaberi Bosnu. Pocinjes kao Kralj Ostojic 1419 godine.

Emp.Napoleon, I dont have the game myself, but I'm getting it soon. From what I hear it is a strategy game in which you can play as practically any country in the world, over 200+ factions to choose from. In terms of strategy it is a move piece game like Medevial Total War but in terms of details and diplomacy it goes to another level.

Emp. Napoleon, the best way for you to find out is to follow this link and read some AARs.

If someone were to ask me what the game was most like, I would have to say risk with and Economy and integrated diplomacy options. And a helluva lot more provinces and players.

So far it has been very fun, Emp.Napoleon. It is a is a Turn-based like game but doesn't have turns. :) I hesitate to call it a RTS because it doesn't have that frantic clickfest feel to it. If you are playing single player you can pause the game and give coomands to all of your units and providences and they will carry them out once you unpause the game - which no RTS allows you to do. The game is very deep and deffinately isn't just a warmonger game as it requires you to make alliances if you want to have a chance against the computer alliances.

Question: How do I do a Diplomatic Annex? I have been doing military annexes and my reputation gets bad very fast, although I am pretty powerful. I heard that when you do a diplo annex your Bad Boy (BB) rating only goes up 1/6 as much.

Question: What is a good scenario (or mod) to play a fast MP game? I know this isn't made to be a fast game but I would like to try a game online with someone without devoting half my life to it. ;)
Thanks.

Well I answered my own question about Diplo annexing. You have to take over the country. Make peace that makes the country your vassal for over 10 years. Have them in a military alliance seems to help. Have relations +190 with them. Then go to the Diplo option and choose annex. To easy! Military annex is more fun even if it ups your Bad Boy rating. ;)

I still am wondering about the MP question.
