Using Russia of course
Monarch Level

Goal:

I dont really know! I have never completed a game of civ III! It usually gets too boring around insutrial ages and everyone is in a stalmate. Hopefully with this mod and the new additions of conquest, it will be more interesting!

I will post screen shots and what not, and also forgive me this is my first Civ Story so take it easy on me :king:

The Rus settled on the Volga river in 4000 B.C. The collection of harty people who survived severe winters, discovered the secret of the seasons and began to plant crops in order to avoid the hardship of life hunting elk on the tundra. The Volga region was fertile enough to found a settlement. They named it Muscovy. Quickly order was established in the city, armed warriors protected citizens from nearby barbarians. These warrors were guided buy a leader whos power was never to be questioned. The leader was called a Czar, signifiying a person of great power.

The population of the Rus grew quickly in the fertile volga river valley, soon other "cities" began popiing along the Volga and other rivers. Novograd and Ryazan were to such cities. Each city was protected by a seperate Czar, who payed homage to the head Czar in Muscovy. The lesser Czars regulary skimmed money from what they owed to Muscovy. They also regulary fought among themselves, creating a inefficent form of government.

They were however efficient it pushing hostile barbarians away from the precious volga all the way down to the Caspian Sea. The main barbarian threat now came from the Urals, were hordes of Barbarians regularly raided newly settled muscovite land. They destroyed roads and farms crippling the russian expansion westward.
