We are now at War with Babylon. They demanded we hand over contact with the Egyptians and as per my instructions our President refused. Not a good start to my first term in office - only 5 turns and we're at war!

It's 350 AD and our criteria for making peace with Babylon have been met - our 20 turn alliance with Russia has finished and Babylon will give equality or better.

My Lord Minister,

While conducting our recent census of Fanatica, we noticed several settler pairs from India in or near our south-eastern borders. What are your intentions on dealing with them? I would hate to see some of our valuable land going to them.

Thank you for reminding me - as although these Settlers are being sucessfully blocked at present I have been intending to restart the discussion on dealing with territory incursions. Pervious disccusions on this subject led to the present instructions of not even asking intruders to leave and both Babylon and India are at Remove or War. I hope that we will soon be able to settle the remaining locations ourselves, and have been somewhat sidetracked into proposing settlement locations and province boundaries. I will restart the discussion before I start playing with my map again!

It's 610 AD and we've now met Aztecs, Zululand and Iroquois. This has opened up many options for trade deals and Renegotiating Peace could save us some gold in these deals. So do we want to Renegotiate Peace with anyone?
