I didn't play it for that long btw... Seems to be based mostly on luck rather than any skill...

I think that it the score depends on how many people you kill. I destroyed every Soviet silo in one turn, but only got 88,000 points.

Yea, the game is based pretty much on luck. It is strange that you get a higher score if you eradicate all your opponents people, and have 2/3 people dead from your nation then if you would destroy all his silos in the first few turns.

Yet my highest score was from when I won in two turns...
