I have Civ3 and it works just fine on my computer. but when I try to run PTW, all I get is a little symbol of a spinning disk replacing my cursor, which goes away after a coupla minutes, but the game never runs.

Anyone know what I can do to fix this extremely annoying problem, besides shipping the game back to the (apparently) inept makers?
