I'm using the the 1.29f patch for PTW and wanting to play a game against my dad who finds this game even better (if possible) than I we open a hotseat seesion...
But as soon as I click I get a message saying program caused and error in the civilizationIII.exe file.....

What might be the problem? Any solutions or ideas would be met with greatest appreciation.

Note, it might be because I have the uk version and use the us patch 1.29f but apparently everything else in the game works so why the single function I want the most to work doesn't..... Really gets to me. :crazyeye:

Anyone who knows when the 1.29f will be available in the uk version? Cause it isn't believe me.
