Whenever i launch my modmaker it has a error message sying that it is not a valid scenerio file, then it opens but the main interface with the program is all fuzzy and funnky.
Then it closes after i click the close button on the error message that says "Civ3Edit has caused an error in CIV3EDIT.EXE".

It has a scattered color array.
I have Windows Me
And i have Conquests

Try reinstalling. Do you have a screenshot of the error?
