the topic says it all... i have ptw and im trying to make a scenario where i start off in the industrial age but... well i dont know how... HELP!

When you are making your scenario, click the tab with the red and blue flag (or press alt-enter) and click the "player tab". you should see a dropmenu titled "initial era." Just select industrial age or whatever you prefer for the nation you are playing.
