hmmm what happen to the source? google couldn't find John Avram's website, i would need more help on using this program. hopefully there is a newer version for this utility for making 362x362 maps and a readme file. Also my maps keep coming out blank. How do you set the colours?

by using maptweaker's copy and paste feature, you're no longer limited to the default map sizes anymore (60x60, 80x80, 100x100, etc) that come with BMPtoBIC.
