I want to make a scenario of the 1962-1963 India- China war for C3C

Now I need a map of Asia including India, China, and the sorrounding countries.
As for civ's I'm not too sure who to have India and China oboviously but I'm not sure if I should add Pakistan, Nepal, Butan, Bangledsh etc.

The leader of India will be Nheru and the leader of China will be Mao
I'm thinking about representing Russian and American aid as techs.
The scenario will last a certain amount of turns I have'nt decide yet.
India and China will be at locked war.
China will occupy part of Indian terriotry which needs to be recaptured.
I will place Victory Point locations in those areas.
I don't know how to add custom units so I don't think I'll be doing that.
I'll need help on this so I appreaciate it if you could help me.
Also tell me any comments and suggestions you have.

Cool idea. I can help with map making and research. Btw: Bangladesh was still east Pakistan in 1962. I'ld advise not for you to put in Bhutan or Sikkim (independent till 1979) since they were merely Indian protectorates. I don't think the USSR was too involved in China at this point in time, infact they were beginning to be enemies. The USA supported India. There were also massive blood drives occurring in India at the time to help her soldiers. Maybe a way to simulate that. Cool Idea, post if ya need anything that doesn't involve graphics.
